  • Caerusnet’s Michigan Facilitators Love Referrals

Let’s take a moment to recognize Caerusnet’s Michigan Facilitators!  Joining multi-year veteran Lansing Facilitators like Tom Hamp, Chaz Carillo and Olivia Somsel and Saline’s Steven Bebber, there are several new Facilitators starting new teams this year in Northville, Ann Arbor, Jackson, Milford and Plymouth.  Even Chief Referral Officer, Wendy Caverly has expanded her footprint to include Chelsea.  From Adrian to Bloomfield Hills, Caerusnet Facilitators are welcoming small business professionals into the world of referrals.

Steven Zyskowski, Chief Referral Officer of Caerusnet Michigan commented “The Facilitators are absolutely some of the best people you will ever meet in the local small business community and they love helping others.   Facilitators are the also the main competitive difference between Caerusnet and other structured referral organizations.  We like our Facilitators and Members to embrace the concept of being in a partnership together, keeping their referral team healthy.”

Facilitators are passionate about their team’s success, because they are also small business professionals, as well. They can relate to the demands of today’s main street business world on an individual simply trying to make it and thrive in today’s complicated entrepreneurial vacuum.

  • SHUT THE DOOR! IT’S A “FOUR-SCORE!”

Caerusnet Michigan recently received notification that it was awarded Best of 2019 Business Marketing Services!

This is a tremendous accomplishment in that there is only one winner per year in the city of Brighton.  There are five active Caerusnet teams in Brighton and our Facilitated Referral Team organization has won now won back-to-back-to-back-to-back (we also won the award in years 2016-2018).

We completely recognize that it wouldn’t be possible at all without the consistent effort and commitment of the amazing Caerusnet Brighton Members over the past 10 years!  They are truly fun to be around, dependable, passionate about what they do and successful in their practice.  Brighton Members understand the value of being involved in a great, facilitated referral network, like Caerusnet.  These are people who love their community and we are honored to serve them.

Steven Zyskowski, Caerusnet’s Chief Referral Officer commented, “Did you know that in a past survey of over 150 randomly selected Caerusnet Members, 100% of respondents said they would recommend Caerusnet to other business professionals?  100%!  That’s amazing.  The average time a person is a Caerusnet Member is three years.  And that’s pretty cool when you consider that Memberships are renewed monthly.  We also collected some great feedback from Members about how to improve and are implementing many of these great ideas as you read this!”

With close to 30 teams in Michigan now, the sky is truly the limit to the level of success we can reach together.  If you know of someone who could be a great Member or Facilitator in Caerusnet, please refer them to us to help expand the network.

Thank you for your support and we intend to HIGH-FIVE this award around the same time next year!

  • Erin Has “Skin In The Game” With Caerusnet

As an active Member of the Caerusnet Howell Thursday 9AM team since March, 2015, Erin Veres has surely become the voice of the skin care industry in her community.  She has faith in her Rodan+Fields products as well as her referral team partners and loves the opportunity to build her business the good old fashioned way … by word of mouth warm referrals.  Wendy Caverly, Chief Referral Officer of Caerusnet Connections and Facilitator of Erin’s Howell team, recently had an opportunity to collect her thoughts on entrepreneurial success.

WENDY:  How long have you been in your profession?
    ERIN:  5 years now!

WENDY: How did you get into this field?
ERIN:  It was a divine gift!  With growing, more “independent” children, I found myself with extra time and I started to think of ways I could fill those voids.  But being on a strict schedule and having to ask for time off from work was a major negative for me.  Then along came my friend inviting me to her Rodan+Fields business launch.  And despite many efforts to ignore her, I went to the event and even said the famous last words, “Fine, I’ll go but I’m NOT buying a single thing!”  Well, I left there unexpectedly drawn to the products and the opportunity to build a business.  So after much prayer, I jumped in and still consider it a gift from God!

WENDY:  What is the best thing about your business/career?
ERIN: I love that it has grown my faith, given me the opportunity to tap into my natural gifts, allowed me to travel all over the US and blessed me with an amazing network of friendships.  It truly is a blessing!

WENDY: What is it about the Caerusnet model that you like most?
ERIN: I love the unique freedom of it!  No having to hold positions or have extra duties added to my already busy plate is what sealed the deal for me.  Knowing that Wendy has our backs and is deeply invested in the energy and success of our team keeps me coming back year after year.

WENDY:  Share a success story about why giving referrals/bringing visitors are beneficial to you.
ERIN:  Knowing that when are making the connection between two people, we can do it with full confidence that they will be taken care of because a Caerusnet partner is a solid, dependable and trustworthy referral partner. Our reputation is on the line too in these situations but never will I hesitate to make the introduction in this network.

WENDY: Any tips on learning how to find situations where you can create a referral or invite a visitor?
ERIN:  Always be listening and watching.  We live in a very connected world where everyone knows someone somewhere and today, we really only want recommendations from those who are trusted.  Caerusnet gives us that community to share from and to invite others to be a part of.

WENDY: What is your strategy with your member minute and your spotlight presentation?
ERIN:  Member minutes are my time to quickly highlight the foundation of my business and give ideas of how my teammates can be helpful (the ideal customer/business partner I’m looking for).  The spotlight is a great opportunity to go into a bit more detail and give them the language/tools they need so that when they are out and about and someone says “the magic words” that would be a perfect fit with Rodan+Fields, that I instantly pop into their minds for the referral.

WENDY:  What is your approach to positioning yourself as a resource in the community?
ERIN:  My goal is to brand myself as their skincare go-to person. I want them to know I can connect them to what they need and that I genuinely love to help.  I’m passionate about what I do and I’m here for the long haul … I’m not going anywhere!

WENDY:  Any tips on how to be successful in Caerusnet?
ERIN: Be a true partner.  Be their advocate and promoter within your own network and give them the confidence in knowing that you will take good care of their referrals every single time.

WENDY: Can you share how your Caerusnet members have positively influenced you or your business besides passing referrals?
ERIN: I’ve been blessed with some wonderful friendships within our team…we tend to have a lot of fun and that’s what sets us apart.  Never do I leave a meeting regretting going and I don’t think there are too many other business building forums that can say that!

If you don’t already have a personal relationship with a Rodan+Fields skin care professional and have questions or concerns about skin care issues and/or would like to try the products, Erin would love to hear from you! Click here for Erin’s Caerusnet Member profile and connect today.

  • Examining Referrals With Dr. Jeff O’Boyle

Examining Referrals With Dr. Jeff O’Boyle

Dr. Jeff O’Boyle is on the forefront of a new wave of entrepreneurial physicians.  He left the traditional model of insurance-focused medicine and started Beyond Primary Care in Ann Arbor, a subscription based, patient focused model of health care.  This model emphasizes doctor/patient relationships, affordable care and deep discounts on prescriptions.  Like most local business start-ups, Dr. Jeff wear many hats and is also in charge of marketing his family practice in the local Ann Arbor community and was referred to Caerusnet through the Michigan Small Business Development Center in Washtenaw County to help him do just that.  We had a chance to interview Dr. Jeff and learn more about his exciting new medical practice.

How long have you been in your profession?
I have been a physician for 5 years.  I worked in the insurance-based hospital systems for 4 years before going forward to open my own clinic, Beyond Primary Care in Ann Arbor. Beyond Primary Care is a new approach to family medicine and addiction medicine that creates the time and space your health deserves.  Every day, I strive to serve my patients, not the insurance companies.

How did you get into this field?
I trained in family medicine and addiction medicine because I want to provide excellent care by covering the vast majority of all medical needs and not just constantly referring my patients to specialist. I love taking care of individuals who are looking for individualized healthcare, a strong and seamless doctor-patient relationship, and affordable and accessible healthcare through the elimination of unnecessary overhead in the insurance model.

What is the best thing about your business/career?
The best part about opening Beyond Primary Care has been developing genuine relationships and long-term trust with my patients. My patients do not use my services for one-time visits or one-off concerns, as that leads people to only be reactive towards their health. Beyond Primary Care’s patients are committed to a membership model of care, which allows them to become proactive about their health and have discussions about making healthy lifestyle choices. Through this accessibility, I am able to reduce the main drivers of healthcare costs to patients.

What is it about the Caerusnet model that you like most?
The Caerusnet model brings together people who want to advance their business in the community. Team members all understand that the growth potential of clients is not efficiently done by simply waiting in an office or store for them to show up, but instead connecting with those potential clients through real relationships and personal interaction.

What is your strategy with your Member Minute and your Spotlight presentation?
When I present my Member Minute about Beyond Primary Care, I strive to make it understandable and memorable, while also leaving group members with a question they find themselves asking about my family medicine clinic. These questions fuel our next conversation.   For the Spotlight Presentation, I want to provide more clarity and intrigue about the deep value Beyond Primary Care provides its customers, as people generally want to buy things- not be sold things.

Any tips on how to be successful in Caerusnet?
The best advice is to actually show up and be present at a majority of the meetings. Being seen time after time builds familiarity and trust that you are committed to a process, and that those values extend to your business as well. Stay engaged when doing a trust builder, listen for shared beliefs and the story being told of the work. Being respectful of time is crucial, as being prompt in responding to emails, phone calls, and texts provides peace of mind to everyone.

  • Computer Referral Guru Takes The “Sh … out of your … IT!”

Computer Referral Guru Takes The “Sh … out of your … IT!”

Since joining Caerusnet Ann Arbor back in 2010, Patrick Collins has become known as a kind of Swiss army knife for IT.  He is eager to help with something as simple as replacing a cracked computer laptop screen.  Yet, he also often enters the space of the very sophisticated … like designing, installing and maintaining a company’s sophisticated computer networks.   Mostly, Patrick wants to help people eliminate the frustration they often face in technology and in working with the usual computer geeks who lack “humanness”.  As Patrick often likes to say when he finishes his Member Minute, “I want to take the SH away from your IT.”

We think of Patrick     as an “IT Hero”, as the Washtenaw County residence’s attendance at his Caerusnet Ann Arbor Tuesday 1PM team is Iron-Man like.  Participation is a key to Member success and Patrick is close to 100% attendance every year, set aside the once in a blue moon common cold or his annual pilgrimage to Atlanta for the Dragon Con (just because he doesn’t speak geek, doesn’t mean he isn’t one).

We embraced the opportunity to spend time learning from Patrick in this interview:

How long have you been in your profession?  I’ve been in the Tech industry since 2005, first in wireless and telecom sales and then worked my way onto the IT side of the business. I started Ypsilanti Tech Works in 2010.

How did you get into this field?  I’ve always been a computer geek, all the way back to the mid-eighties when I used to write programs in “Basic” language on our family’s Texas Instruments computer. Along the way, I picked up a degree in computer science and always enjoyed figuring out how and why things worked in a computer or network.

What is the best thing about your business/career? I love that IT is so broad of a field and changing all the time. There will always be something new I can learn, but what really gets me out of bed in the morning is knowing what I do allows my clients to serve their customers and meet their goals.

What is your strategy with your member minute and your spotlight presentation? Being in a technical field, for my Member Minute, I am always trying to make sure I speak in terms of what benefits my services provide to my clients, not the features where my description might go beyond the technical knowledge for members of the group. Early on I learned to recognize the eyes glazed over look of someone whom I’ve lost because they were not as fluent in “techie” as needed to understand what I was talking about, so now if I start seeing that look I know I went too geeky and adjust my Member Minute on the fly or remember to change it up the next meeting. I think about it this way, nobody goes to a baker and cares about the cake’s recipe, they just care about the flavor of the cake and what that cake will bring to the event they are buying it for.  For Spotlight presentations, I either go into more depth about one of my offerings, or educate the group about why a business would need my services. I have a little more time to explain concepts that Members would not understand but just like with my Member Minute, I try to not go over the heads of my audience I try to stick to anecdotes and stories about the benefits of doing business with me (and especially with data security the risks of not implementing the services I am talking about).

Tips on how to be successful in Caerusnet?  I think the most important thing to remember about being successful in Caerusnet is that you have to play the long game (think “relationship farming”). It takes time for the other Members to get to know, like and trust you.  And with each new member that clock starts again. There have been times where the group makeup was not ideal for someone selling B2B IT services, and I would not see many referrals. However, after a few months there would be some turnover and we would add a few Members that passed very good referrals to me.

Could you share an unexpected way in how your Caerusnet members have positively influenced you or your business besides passing referrals?  I have to give thanks to Kevin Suboski and his “Growing a Brilliant Business” program. Not only did his guidance help me better define my business and how to share it with the world, some of the other topics we have discussed since then have really helped me grow as a professional.

  • Would $100,000 In Referrals Help Your Business?

Eric Jones and Chilah Weller started their payroll, time & attendance business, Workforce PayHub, at around the same time they joined Caerusnet.  After many successful years as Members in Washtenaw County, the energetic business duo decided to bring Caerusnet referral teams into their hometown of Adrian, Michigan.  The new Facilitators have found even more referral success and we spent some time with them recently to glean their strategy.

How long have you been in your profession?
Workforce Management Solutions, Inc. was the name of our company when it was separated from Donna Baker CPA & Associates in 2010. In 2014, Eric & I bought in to Workforce and it was renamed Workforce PayHub, Inc.

How did you get into this field?
Eric and I started a bookkeeping company called “Your Financial Solutions” in 2013.  Later that year we decided to offer payroll services and we met with our college professor Donna.  She discussed her vision of offering payroll services and a human resource information system with a more robust platform. Through much discussion we decided that buying into Workforce PayHub made the most sense. Eric and I handle all daily operations.

What is the best thing about your business/career?
We are part of the most important/costly asset to a business which are the employees. Ensuring proper and timely payroll as well as time and attendance and HR technology we are able to assist companies with the entire life cycle of their employees, from hire to retire.  Being part of their business growth is the most rewarding aspect.

What is it about the Caerusnet model that you like most?
It allows us to build personal trusted relationships with people within our community. Meeting 30+ plus times a year with like-minded professionals is exciting. Caerusnet has pretty much raised Eric and I. We were just baby entrepreneurs when we first joined in 2013 and with the help of the relationships we built, we more than tripled our business. Caerusnet taught us how to be fearless networkers and put us face to face with the best in the business.

Can you share a personal referral success story?
Ben Torres, State Farm agent, was the person who introduced us to Caerusnet. He also happened to be our first client. He gave us a chance when we were just getting started with zero referrals to lean on. Because of Ben’s referrals we have closed over $100,000 in reoccurring revenue over the last 5 years. However, the financial gain is only half of what we gained and learned from Ben and other Caerusnet Members, the loyalty that is built in these groups is truly remarkable.

Any tips on learning how to find situations where you can create a referral or invite a visitor?
Ask a lot of questions and understand the pain-points of other people/businesses. If those pain-points include needing more business, wanting to be part of the community, wanting to learn how to effectively network then Caerusnet is the right opportunity for them.

What is your strategy with your Member minute and your spotlight presentation?
Be different, be creative and think outside the box. The best spotlights are those that let the group know who you are, where you come from, why you are passionate about your business.

Tips on how to be successful in Caerusnet?
Be creative in how you deliver information. Try to understand the group and what would reach them best. Maybe it’s props, or music, video or even an 8-minute plank while telling your story. Its important to let the group know you personally. The only way to build trust and loyalty is to be open, honest and sometimes even vulnerable.

Share how your Caerusnet Members have positively influenced you or your business besides passing referrals.
Caerusnet has helped us how to become better public speakers, how to get to the point quickly and position the conversation to be meaningful to the recipient.  A cookie-cutter approach just doesn’t work with networking.  Other Members have built our confidence to effectively network and to seek synergies with other businesses.

What is it about facilitating a referral team that you hope to accomplish, professionally?
We love leading others and promoting their businesses in the local community. To mentor new business owners, as a way of giving back.  Because the group caps out at 30 Members strong, it allows for a more personalized approach to leadership and relationships. You begin to understand the abilities of the Members and can push the right buttons to warm up a lead for them.

  • This Personal Chef Cooks Up Referrals In Caerusnet

Chef Cathy Ferrara is a treasured gem and stands out as a stark contrast to today’s world of fast food, and even worst … low cost catering .  She’s a full-fledged personal chef and cooking coach and she dresses the part when marketing her business by virtually always wearing her smartly branded chef’s coat/jacket.  In 2017, Chef decided she was going to laugh more and included a short joke at the end of every one of her Member Minutes.  She’s obviously authentic and caring.  And when Steven Zyskowski recently celebrated running 10 years of Caerusnet meetings, Chef Cathy brought a delicious cake to the meeting and presented a wonderful commemorative anniversary polo shirt to her Facilitator and friend.  She even wrote a heart felt poem. It’s that type of thoughtfulness that makes Chef and Caerusnet special.  We had a chance to talk with Chef Cathy about her take on the world of referrals …

How long have you been in your profession?
I’ve been a chef at heart since I was knee high to my Mom!  I’ve been in business since 2002 when I graduated from the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA)

What is the best thing about your business/career?
I feel very blessed to be doing what I was born to do – creating wonderful meals and being a part of people lives and celebrations for all types of occasions such as intimate dinners for 2, graduation parties for 100 people, milestone birthdays and showers.

What is it about the Caerusnet model that you like most?
Caerusnet is different from other referral groups that I’ve been a part of as it limits the meeting time to 1 hour so one can get on with the business of running a business!  Meetings are also focused on having some fun as well which is wonderful!

Any tips on learning how to find situations where you can create a referral or invite a visitor?
We are all out and about encountering people from all walks of life.  Asking about their business and sharing Caerusnet opportunities is something we can all do daily!

What is your strategy with your member minute and your spotlight presentation?
People don’t really know what a Personal Chef does so educating people on my professional is key.  I’m not a caterer, but a Personal Chef who does customized catering.  It is much more personal and custom work than a caterer.

Share how your Caerusnet members have positively influenced you or your business besides passing referrals.
I have met so many wonderful people that are part of Caerusnet!  Friends that I have and will keep in the years to come.

PLANNING AN EVENT?  WANT A SPECIAL DINNER COOKED FOR TWO IN YOUR OWN HOME?  COOKING CLASSES?  Then you should connect with Chef Cathy:

    TESTIMONIAL:

“No matter what your next event is, Chef Cathy is the right personal Chef for the job! If you want delicious, memorable, and fun – Chef Cathy is who you want to call. I haven’t known Chef Cathy very long, but I have watched and enjoyed the many samples she has brought into our Networking group. I have heard directly from people that used her for smaller events and were so very pleased they did.

From the moment we started talking about using her for my daughters’ graduation party, I was confident she was a good choice. Then, she brought samples to our house one evening, which mind you was like having samples from a fancy restaurant right in your home! The samples were outstanding and made the menu decisions even easier. She fed this family of 4 very well that night, and from that point on I knew Cathy Ferrara and Supper Made Simple was the perfect selection for our event.

The best part of hiring a caterer is not having to prepare the food. The even better part of hiring Chef Cathy and her team is, not having to do anything at all, except to relax and talk with all the guests at the party. And that’s exactly what we got to do! The big day came, Chef Cathy and her team showed up and we, not only enjoyed great food, but really got to spend time with all of our guests! That would have been impossible if we were serving the food, especially since there was over 100 guests at the party.

You know something is successful when virtually every guest tells you that the “food is great” without you even bringing up the topic. That really did happen; we honestly heard it the whole evening. Our daughters’ special day was made even more special by Chef Cathy and her team. If you are looking for anything from a romantic dinner for two for a special occasion, dinner for a family gathering or right on up to a large party – call Chef Cathy!”

  • Eloisa, The Most-Referred-To Text Message Marketer!

Eloisa Underwood has been a successful Caerusnet Member since joining the referral network back in June of 2016.  Her unique business, Perk Pros, which offers text message and loyalty marketing services, is highly referable.  Any business or organization that wants to stay in front of its customers should know about Eloisa’s great product offering!

We had a chance to catch up with Eloisa to discuss her success in Caerusnet and to learn more about her and her company, Perk Pros!

How long have you been in your profession?

I started Perk Pros in January of 2015, so I’m about to finish my 4th year as a small business owner!

How did you get in this field?

As family is our #1 priority, my husband and I wanted to start a business that would make us financially independent and have the opportunity to control our own schedules and spend time with our children. We were looking to invest in a great franchise opportunity and we found this licensing opportunity that became an even better option for us. We control our brand, our level of service, our commitment to our clientele.

The most important thing is we see Perk Pros’ mission as to help our clients get enterprise-level technology that was only available to big box brands. We level the plain field for them to compete against them!

What is the best thing about your business/career?

The satisfaction of seeing Perk Pros have an impact in the local community helping merchants be able to compete with an outstanding marketing system that is used by big companies.

It was not until I found Perk Pros’ system that I saw any options to bring the power of text marketing to a local merchant.

What is it about the Caerusnet model that you like most?

I like that, unlike other referral groups, we get to enjoy a facilitated referral meeting, and I get to focus on my core business. I don’t have to invest any time in fulfilling other tasks and abiding by rules & regulations that feel too restrictive and unable to keep up with!

I also enjoy that we meet for 30 weeks of the year which makes it sufficiently flexible to be able to fit in Trust Builder appointments which is part of being a great team member. This to me is a very realistic commitment towards a referral team that actually makes sense! Caerusnet system takes the stress out of thinking who can cover me in a meeting I’m not able to attend for a business or personal matter.

Share a success story about why giving referrals/bringing visitors is beneficial to you.

When I have given a warm referral, I know that this builds trust with other team members. I like inviting visitors since I’m proud of how different Caerusnet is compared to other referral teams.

I believe we have the best option out there and want to share this approach that has just worked so well for me. Every Visitor is the opportunity for a whole new set of relationships!

Any tips on learning how to find situations where you can create a referral or invite a visitor?

I have found that when visiting my clients, just listening to their comments on what they are working at, what they are struggling with or even just plain asking them if I can help out with anything else, often helps towards learning about a need that may find other team members’ services or product to be precisely what they need.  I make it a priority in making sure my clients know that I’m part of a referral team that may have what they are looking for.

What is your strategy with our member minute and your spotlight presentation?

During my member minute, I try to highlight one of the many features our system has available. For example, our New Birthday Club feature, where we ask subscribers to share with us their birthday. Once we have their birthday month and day in the system, we can send them well wishes or a Happy Birthday reward option to come back so we can participate in the celebration! I can’t think of a single merchant that can’t benefit from this feature.

For my spotlight presentation, I usually use a PowerPoint and bring an example of the backers and new floor stands we are able to use with our merchants so they can visualize how the setup may look for a potential client.

What is your approach to positioning yourself as a resource in the community?

I like my clients to see Perk Pros as a resource that helps bring their way the best service providers within the community.  When talking with them, I find myself now with a mindset of proactively asking about what are they working with to improve in their stores, place of business, etc.

I see that when I refer a fellow Caerusnet team member and they provide an outstanding service/product we both elevate our credibility. I know that when I recommend someone, they are usually looking to excel client’s expectations since they know we both are working towards the same goal of making our clients happy.

Tips on how to be successful in Caerusnet?

    • Establish a team builder meeting at least once a week with a team member, new team members are always happy to be engaged so we can learn more from their businesses as soon as we can.
    • Have the farming mindset and see your team as a valuable resource for services.
    • Once in a while, look at your contacts and see who might be a good fit for a team member.
    • Always be on time to a team builder meeting
    • Set up a follow-up task for each one of the team members in a Team builder meeting.

Share how your Caerusnet members have positively influenced you or your business besides passing referrals.

I feel Caerusnet members have influenced me in being welcomed as part of a team. It’s always nice to know that I have “sales associates” in each and every one of them that can be an extension of me. There’s only so many hours of the day to look out for a good referral!

I’m now able to share the essence of my business in under a minute, that is super helpful! When you’re talking with a busy business owner to engage him towards landing an appointment so he can hear how Perk Pros can be a great fit for them and hire us… that is gold!

I have seen the level of commitment of team members and learn a lot from them every single meeting. Spotlight presentations are always a guarantee that we will learn something new that is always nice to share with potential referrals for them!

  • How is GOLFING alike to REFERRING? 4th Annual Member Golf Outing A Success!

On Friday, September 28th, Caerusnet Members from teams across SE Michigan gathered at The Links of Whitmore Lake for a fun filled day of golf!

While last year’s outing was a HOT day with temps in the mid-90’s … this year’s outing was perfect with temperature in the mid to high 60’s!

BIG thanks AGAIN to Chief-Golf-Outing-Organizer and valued Caerusnet Dexter Member, Mary Frisinger (from Rouff Mortgage Company) for heading up the event!  We also want to thank the many SPONSORS of this event for making it great!  Also, “Team Wendy” featured host of energetic Member volunteers all with great spirit, helping make the 4th annual Caerusnet Member Golf Outing a success.  Special thanks also to Dexter Member Shasta Grifka from Grifka Marketing for the digital marketing support.

As I saw the golfers take off in their carts on this cool September morning  I asked myself the simple question, “How is golfing alike to our referral team meetings?”

Here’s the best answer I came up with …

You have to show up to play the game.  Just like golfing, you can’t win if you don’t show up to play at the regularly scheduled team meetings.  You can’t learn what works if you don’t practice.  Developing a referral mindset (where your customers refer you more often and other area professionals start to learn to refer to you) isn’t an easy game to master, but one well worth the effort.

Caerusnet was created to help US stay connected to the movers and shakers in your community.  We look forward to next year’s golf outing and continuing to grow the Caerusnet footprint in Michigan and beyond.

    Stay connected,
